Spoons & Practice

With two boards completed I decided to try a couple pine wooden spoons. I wanted to play around with the wood burning tool. Now I know that it will burn quicker as pine is a soft material, so it doesn't help with timing, however I did learn a few things. I discovered that very few people actually said they would use them. "It looks too pretty to use" was the main comment. Noted. Perhaps if I switched the purpose from food to punishment people might actually use them.

Building an Etsy Store

Hopefully you will not be bored.
I'm trying to create my own Etsy store. I've named it "Barn Owl Creations". But first one must have something to sell. I like to fancy myself as a creatative individual. I work with many different types of mediums and I was hoping to create a space where I can share and sell my work.

Step 1 ("Create stuff")

I've made 2 cheese/sushi boards out of Cheery wood. Using the art of Pyrography I burnt one which as a birch tree on it, the other has cherry blossom branch.
